How to work with me: The Process

Submit an inquiry about your event!

I will reply to set up a phone or video call to meet and confirm details in 1-2 business days.

After our discussion to confirm details, quote, and availability, I will send a contract outlining the services to sign, pay the deposit, and confirm the date on my calendar.

After confirming the booking, I request a sample to test ahead of the event and confirm calligraphy styling for client approval.

4 - SHOWTIME.

On the big day, I’ll arrive early to set up. When it's showtime, I will make calligraphy magic happen for your guests!

What surfaces can you do live calligraphy on?

With an array of calligraphy tools and expertise, customization possibilities are endless. Surfaces include:

What do you need for set up?

I will need a table and chair to do the onsite calligraphy. I will bring the appropriate tools for the requested personalization. with me. I arrive 30 minutes before the event to set up my station.

Do you provide materials?

Typically, clients provide the items and materials for me to customize on-site. Before the event, I require a sample to test on for client approval and determine which tool(s) would work best on your items.

Are you willing to travel?

Yes! Although I am based in Nashville, I am available to travel for events. Clients can pay for travel arrangements or I can include travel expenses in my quote.
